Letter writing is the only device for combining solitude with good company.  ~Lord Byron

Email is an introvert’s dream — a perfectly acceptable and instantaneous form of communication that allows us to say everything to one another at the moment we need to say it without having to go to the post office or pick up a phone.  And these days, I’ve taken introversion to Olympic status, often preferring to hermit myself with my dogs for a weekend than go out into the world.  It doesn’t mean I don’t want to talk.  I just don’t want to be around people.

Comfort me with words.  Or ask me anything.  I’m here to help and be helped.  Which is how it should be.
